Our Covid-19 measures

We are so excited to be able to welcome you back to our shops!

Our priority is your safety and well-being, so you can shop with confidence.
We've put the following measures in place for your safety :)

* Limiting the number of shoppers in our shops at a time. (York x3, Rose Street x2)
* Clear social distance markers are in place.
* Staff members are provided with visors, masks, and gloves.
* Frequent cleaning of all surfaces is undertaken.
* Hand sanitiser is offered and encouraged upon entering our shop.
* A sanitisation process using Ultra Violet Light unit will be undertaken regularly to clean all jewellery after each piece is handled by a customer.
* Contactless payment is available and encouraged.
* The counter has been fitted with a screen.

The adjustments being made to keep us all safe may take some getting used to. We ask for your patience and kindness, and we can assure you that our team is dedicated to giving the high level of care and consideration that you are used to at Palenque.
