COLLECT IN STORE - FREE!
Order pick-up is available at our York and Edinburgh stores. Choose pick-up instead of shipping at checkout for complimentary collection. York is the only address option available at checkout. For Edinburgh collections, drop us an email, and we'll get this organised :) Please let us know if you would like to collect from our Rose Street or High Street shop.

All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so that we have the necessary information to process your return/exchange swiftly.

All returns should be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery to avoid any responsibility for lost items in transit. Postage and collection can be arranged at https://send.royalmail.com/
Refunds processed via the original payment. Allow up to 7 working days.
Damaged goods from Palenque are replaced at no extra cost with free delivery. Report breakages upon receipt as soon as possible.
