As I am disabled there is a lot that I cannot do, my daughter in law took a day off work to tidy up the garden for me. In the process she lost a favourite blue drop earring, which despite an exhaustive search could not be found. I decided to try and replace it, your website showed promise. While I couldn't find an exact match, I was able to get something that I hoped would be acceptable. The chosen item, which went down extremely well, especially as it wasn't expected, is now a firm favourite.
An extensive range of well designed and well made jewellery, at very reasonable prices.
I can highly recommend your service and communication, everything has turned out very well indeed.
We're so glad to hear the replacement was well received, Robert! Thank you very much for rating our service, we hope to see you again soon :)
"Delighted to come across Palenque in York today. I used to be a regular customer at the Chester branch before it moved away. Their jewellery is just as lovely as it ever was & the staff just as proud of their product as ever. Good to know you're on line too!"

"We were on holiday last week in York, when we came accross Palenque. It's such a lovely shop, beautiful jewellery, and something for everyone. I was served by a lovely lady, so friendly, and helpful. I bought the gorgeous Foresta Divine Hoop Earrings. Hope to visit again soon."

"Such unique, beautiful jewellery. The staff were lovely too. Fantastic for a treat or if you’re looking for a gift. Not local to York (or Edinburgh!) so will certainly be ordering online in future!"

"Great Products and GREAT service! Lisa helped me choose the right earrings for my mother’s birthday, giving me various options, allowing me to remotely make the best/most informed decision! Highly recommend."
