Returns If you are thinking of returning anything to us, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing orders@palenque.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Palenque Jewellery is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase (14 Days for sale items)(UK) and 40 days (overseas).
