You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Christmas Returns Period: We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive season, all online orders placed between 1st November - 24th December can be returned or exchanged up until 24th January. Please note this excludes earrings. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy applies. Palenque Jewellery is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase (14 Days for sale items)(UK) and 40 days (overseas).
